Job DescriptionExcellent benefit package including holidays, vacation time, sick time, and
retirement. Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in
assisting probation officers in maintaining the legal conditions of probation
and supervising the activities of offenders. High School Diploma or GED and one
year of experience in law enforcement, corrections, security or a related field;
possession of a valid Arizona’s Driver’s License, with a history of safe driving
and the ability to maintain a safe driving record; must also pass a background
investigation, identifying no felony convictions; and complete the Arizona
Intensive Probation Institute Academy within one year of initial appointment.
All appointments are subject to continued funding by the Arizona Supreme Court.
