GRAHAM COUNTY HIGHWAY OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN I-TRAINEE – $49,866 for non-commercial driver’s license (CDL) holders. Minimum Qualifications high school diploma or GED; current CDL (class A) Permit with tanker (N) endorsement; upon hire must be enrolled in the CDL Program with Eastern Arizona College (EAC) for the next available session. Ability to obtain the CDL driving portion within the first 6 months of employment or as EAC allows completion. Combination of training and experience that meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position and one year of an equivalent position. Candidates for this position must complete the driver’s license information on the Employment Application at the time the application is turned in, which will allow Graham County to obtain the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR). The most recent 39-month period shown on the MVR will be reviewed in accordance with Graham County Policy.
